We’re sorry to hear that you’re not fully satisfied with your order. At Woodbury Collection, we aim to make the return process as clear and smooth as possible.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We strongly recommend using a shipping method with Track & Trace, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or untracked return shipments.

How to Return Your Order

Step 1: Contact Us

Please email us at support@woodbury-collection.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will provide you with return instructions.

Step 2: Send Your Return

Once you have received instructions from us, send the items to the return address provided. Make sure to use a shipping service with a Track & Trace code. As the sender, you are responsible for the return shipment.

Step 3: Refund Processing

After we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original method of payment.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that you may occasionally reconsider your purchase.

Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placing the order.

After this time, the order may already be processed and cannot be canceled.

Important Notes

Returned items must be new, unused, and in their original condition, with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.

Items showing signs of wear, use, or damage may not be eligible for a refund.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return conditions.

All return shipments are sent to our warehouse at the customer’s expense.

If the return is initiated by the customer, return shipping costs will not be reimbursed.

Shipping fees depend on the carrier and service selected by the customer.
